Rich and sweet sauce, with crisp fried rice, fresh dumplings, each highlighting their own taste, full and rich taste, fried fresh mantis shrimp, with creamy soup, is also a combination of Chinese and Western, a little Japanese and Western feeling!

浓郁香甜的酱汁，搭配酥脆的炒米，新鲜的蛏子皇，各自突出各自的味道，口感饱满丰富，香煎新鲜的鳌虾，搭配奶油浓汤，也是中西结合，少许日式和西餐的感觉！

The restaurant is in the Hotel Parc Beaumont where we were staying. Service was attentive and helpful. The servers were fluent in English. The amus&eacute; bouche were well prepared, tasty and attractive. The appetizer of fresh asparagus and poached quail eggs were delicious. Our selection of entrees pigeon with fois gras and lamb loin were well prepared. The selection of corn as an accompaniment to the pigeon was odd but did not take away from the succulent bird. The baby artichokes stuffed with peas that accompanied the lamb was first rate. Desserts were creative but not as flavorful as the entrees.

The restaurant is beautifully appointed and the staff attentive and helpful.Great wine list and interesting looking menu. However the chef chooses good ingredients and presents the plates beautifully but the combinations just do not work. All the tastes felt flat from the bread roll ( doughy  and underbaked), the octopus with citrus where the gel overwhelmed the plate and the tuna dish tasteless.What a waste of money and it pains me to say this.

As always, a real pleasure to dine at Le Jeu de Paume. Impeccable service, imaginative and delicous dishes and excellent local wine. Overall, faultless and to be highly recommended.

Very nice and friendly service. Great food, tasty and very yummy. Lovely servers/waiters. Nice food presentations. Amazing time there with my wife and little girl.
